  • The aim of this research is to determine the clusters of customers in using Mobile Banking at Palembang City. The pupolation in this study are the citizen of Palembang City who use Mobile Banking services which not known how many users. Through purposive sampling method, 100 respondents are selected. Analysis technique that used on this research is K-Means cluster. The result shown there are 4 clusters that determine the customers in using Mobile Banking. These four clusters are given a new name as follows: ease of transaction, Product Quality, Popularity dan Recommendation, and individual and environment influence.
