- The aims of this research are to know and analyze about Effect Of Tax Effort And Capital Expanditure To The Effectiveness Of Tax Region ln Palembang City. The data used in this research is secondary data from 2002-2016. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with time series data using Classical Assumption Test method. The value R2 in this research in about 0,727619 which means, about 72, 76 percent variables of tax effort and capital expanditures gives effect to effectiveness of local tax variables in palembang city. While the rest 27,24 n percent has been explained by the other factors beyond the research. The result of analyze in this reserch shows that tax effort and capital expanditures gives positive effect and significant the effectiveness oflocat tax in palembang city.
