- This research is motivated by the amount of traffic payments on loan payments that occurs within the scope of the management of Savings and Loans by Women (SPP). This study aims to find out the implementation of Accountability Management of Savings and Loans by Women (SPP) in District Belitang District OKU East South Sumatra. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with descriptive research type. The research focus of this research is accountability of honesty and legal accountability, process accountability, program accountability, and policy accountability. Data obtained from the primary data is through interviews with informants Chairman BKAD, Chairman of BP-UPK, Chairman UPK, UPK Treasurer, Chairman of the Verification Team, Chairman of the Funding Team. Coordinator and Beneficiaries. Secondary data is data obtained related to SPP fund accountability. Based on the results of analysis and research in the field can be concluded that the accountability of SPP fund has not run optimally, although in the implementation of accountability honesty and legal accountability, process accountability, program accountability, and policy accountability have been made well in accordance with the specified, but in the implementation of legal accountability , the accountability of the process and the accountability of the program that has been determined in creating accountability has not been implemented. The suggestions given so that accountability can be implemented properly, among others, establish a special supervisory agency to supervise the SPP group not to commit frauds and the UPK and Verification Team should be more objective in selecting SPP members especially when conducting field verification.
