- The study aims to asse.r.r how the influence of Region, Surplus of Budget Financing (SilPA), and poor people to capital expenditure in the Province of Sumatera the South. The data used in this research is data from secondary from the 2008-2016. The method of analysis used the method of data of the panel by the R-Squared of 0.804889. As a result of this research that the area of the region, Surplus of Budget Financing (SiLPA), and poor people simultaneously have a significant effect on capital expenditure in the Province of SumaJera the South. However, in a partial only variahel Region and Poor People have a significant effect on cap ital expenditure in the Province of Sumatera the South. In variable S urplus of Budget Financing (SiLPA) don't have a significant effect on capital expenditure in the Province of Sumatera the South.
