ANALISIS RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM DI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE INDONESIA YANG TERDAFTAR PADA BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

- This research is meant to find out the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Price / Earning Ratio (PER), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Price To Book Value (PBV), Current Ratio (CR), Debt/Equity Ratio (DER) and Times Interest Earned Ratio (TIE) toward Stock Return. Used secondary data form financial statrnents of property and real estate company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. With panel data analysis in Eviews 9.5 program found Return On Equity (ROE, Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) and Price To Book Value (PBV) have significant positive effect Stock Return, Debt/Equity Ratio (DER) have significant negative effect to stock retrun, while Price I Earning Ratio (PER), Current Ratio (CR) dan Times Interest Earned Ratio (TIE) don't have significant effect to stock return. Then companies are advised to increase ROE and TATO while maintaining the value of DER in order to maximize stock returns and satisfy investors, as well as for investors should use PBV ratio to measure stock value.
