  • Palembang Regional General Hospital BARI is one of Palembang City Government Hospital which is standardized by General Hospital (RSU), to provide good service to patients is required the human resources with good standard. But there is obstacle in providing good service which is new employees, where new employees need orientation period to have the same standard of service as old employees. So it is required sharing knowledge by old employees to new employees, but the problem in sharing knowledge is the difficulty to meet directly face to face to share the knowledges. The best solution is to implement the E-Learning System as a medium to share knowledge without having to meet directly, but required a system that is accepted by users. To find out if E-Learning can be a tool to share knowledge then used Theory Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. There are 4 variables in the TAM method: Perceived Usefullness, Perceived Easy to Use, Attitude Toward Using and Behavioral Intention to Use. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to nurses of RSUD Palembang BARI, while data analysis was done by descriptive analysis, validity test, realibility test and hypothesis test. The results of the analysis showed that e-learning is acceptable as a tool for sharing knowledge.
