- The Indonesian Government has constantly made some efforts to improve Public Information Transparency, espescially for the procurement of goods and services in government agencies. The central Gorvernment made an institution which is called National Procurement Agency (LKPP) who expected to be able to realize the principles of procuring goods and services set out in the Presidential Regulation Number 16 Year 2018 Chapter 6. As for one attempt made by LKPP was to create an aplication of Information System of Public Procurement Plan (SIRUP) that was a web-based application, this application was intended to make K/L/D/I (Ministries/Agencies/Units of Work Device Region/other Institution) easier to announce their Public Procurement Plan, in this case is the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sumatera Province. This research uses qualitative research methods. This research concluced that the implementation of SIRUP app in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sumatera Province to be effective.
