- The importence of physical work environmenl in increased employees work motivation of PT Cipla Niaga Semesta Palembang is to be able to provide the best on the work. This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of the physical work environment to employees work motivation. Respondent of this research are 53 employees by census method. This research used questionnaire to obtained the primary data and used simple linear regression analysis as data analysis technique. The resul!s showed that the physical work environment significantly injlunenced on employees work motivation with the significant value is 0,0N and the value oft test is 2,539. The result of this research prove that physical environment can improve employees working molivalion.
