- Palm oil is a very promising trading commodity. In the future, palm oil is believed not only to be able to produce various industrial products. Oil palm company PT. Bina Sains Cemerlang, certainly has an influence on the socio-economic life of oil palm farmers around the location of PT. Bina Sains Cemerlang there are many cases of plasma farmers' socio-economic activities related to improving the socio-economic community. Method of approaching the problem of the oil palm industry PT. BSC has an impact on people's lives, especially oil palm plasma farmers, PT. BSC, the impacts seen are economic and social impacts, where the economic impact seen from the income of local and migrant plasma farmers from income from farming and non-farming is then compared using Mann-Whitney statistical tests and then for the social impact of socio-cultural entropy and Psychological local and migrant oil palm plasma farmers PT. BSC with the criteria for value of Good, Good, Very Good. The results of this study were after direct interviews with farmers and the data was processed using Excel and SSS 2.0. It was found that local farmers had higher levels of income compared to the income of migrant plasma farmers PT. BSC and answered the second goal in terms of cultural Social-entropy and Psychological Sausage-entropy. the difference of opinion is the same. Then it can be concluded that from the results of this research is to see the comparison of the economic income level of oil palm plasma farmers of PT. BSC and the comparison of perceptions of smallholders seen from the Social-entropy side and the results obtained are local plasma farmers better than the plasma migrant farmers for the Social side -entropy has no difference in perception or has the same view that is very good.
