- A company in the field of construction services has a mission to be able to complete all projects well and on time with a limited number of employees and funds. Each project must be completed in accordance with the time limit in the work contract, but there are several projects which if completed faster than the time limit in the contract. To get these benefits, PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Palembang Regional Office 1 usually chooses which projects are feasible and can be accelerated before the deadline in the work contract. Decision making is done by the Estimation Manager, but in some cases the Estimation Manager is less precise in making project decisions which are prioritized for accelerating the settlement. To overcome this, a decision support system needs to be built with the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to help the Estimation Manager in making decisions. The SAW method is used because it can help make decision making effective because the values in each criterion have been determined so that the assessment process is more appropriate.
