  • This study aims to obtain information about the influence of guided inquiry model to the critical thinking skills of learners on the digestive system material grade XI SHS 1 Indralaya Utara. The research method used is Quasi Experimental with Noquivalent Control Group Design research design. Determination of research sample using Simple Random Sampling, got sample research that is class XI IPA 1 as experiment class and class XI IPA 2 as control class. Methods of data collection is done by the test of multiple choice questions. The indicator critical thinking skills of this research use that is interpretation, analysis, inference, explanation, evaluation and self-regulation. The highest n-gain value in the experimental class is the inference indicator where as the lowest n-gain is an explanatory and self-regulatory indicator. In the control class the highest n-gain value is the evaluation indicator and the lowest n-gain value of the interpretation. Based on the statistical test using SPSS22 implementation of guided inquiry model has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills the material of digestive system of class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara.
