  • This research aimed to know the influence of leadhership style on employee performance at PT.Wahana Lilin Musi Palembang. The respondent of in this research are using a census method, all of the employees consist of 73 were became respondents at PT.Wahana Lilin Musi Palembang. The method of data collecting used in this research is primary data which derived from questionnaire. The technique of data analysis test which using simple linear regression test. Based on the analysis test could be concluded that leadership has positive and significant on employee performance at PT.Wahana Lilin Musi Palembang. The suggestion which could be given to make a better work condition is the leader must to be able to adjust the style of leadership with the situation of the employee
