To find out which uker network is already BRIsat, BRI Kanwil Palembang not have a system to know anywhere network unit that has been BRIsat. To find out which uker has been BRIsat then made Integration Monitoring System BRIsat work unit utilizing Telegram Bot with long polling method at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. This monitoring system is built using Telegram Bot with a long polling method which must be run on one pc server so that its bot works well. This monitoring system can also display reports of work units BRIsat into PDF. So that makes it easier for BRI and BRI Management to monitor the network of work units that have BRIsat.
