- The research aimed to analyze the influence of Return On Asset, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share And Debt To Equity Ratio to Stock Return on Hotel,Restaurants & Tourist Registered Industry in Indonesia Stock &change from the period 2011-2016. The population of this research consist of 25 43 companies with 17 companies as the sample of research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The variables used return on asset, net profit margin,earning per share, debt to equity ratio and stock retum Data analysis technique which used in this research is regression with using SPSS. The result of this research proved that net profit margin and earning per share influence to stock retum Return on asset and debt to equity ratio did nor influence to stock return.Recommendations for farther research using other variables that war not mentioned in this research, and the latest period of research in order to reflect the state of the company.
