PENGARUH LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TERHADAP PERENCANAAN KARIR SISWA KELAS X TKR SMK NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA UTARA

- This study aims to determine the influence of group guidance services on career planning of students in class X TKR SMKN 1 North Indralaya. The population in this study were all students of class X TKR which amounted to 76 students and the sample amounted to 8 students who have low career planning. The research method used is one group pre-test and post-test design and treatment given 3 times meeting of group guidance service. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis technique using t test formula (t-test). From result of data analysis obtained that is t_hitung = 21,59 and t_tabel = 5,041 in significant level 5%, so it is known that t_hitung = 21,59> t_table = 5,041. A total of 8 students who have poor career planning before doing group guidance. After receiving the guidance service, the students' confidence group increases in the High category. These results show the ability of career planning class X TKR SMKN 1 North Indralaya students increased after obtaining group guidance services. In other words, student career planning can be improved through the provision of class X guidance services at SMKN 1 North Indralaya.
