This study aimed to find out the effect of wage rate and number of buses on job opportunities in Transmusi of Palembang City. It used secondary data obtained from a report of PT Sarana Pembangunan Palembang Jaya (SP2J) consisting of wage rate, number of employees, and number of buses. The 1echnique of data analysis used a multiple linear regression to analyze the correlation between independent and dependent variables. The result of !he study showed that the variables of W (Wage Rate) and JB (Number of Buses) positively and significantly affected the variable KS (Job Opportunity).
