- Nowadays, Correspondencing Administration in Informatic Management Study Program, Computer Science of Sriwijaya University, is not organize with information system that based on web, yet. Lot of management of the letter, of course it’ll be hard for the admin it self, so it take too much trouble that his face. On result of this research, there has been an idea, a design of Information System Correspondencing Administration which is Based on Web thats getting easier for the college on propose to make the letter. Cause it takes efficience for the time especially, make the proposer getting easier, because the proposer don’t need to come to campus and helping the Infomatic Management Study Program Admin to make a lot letter for data, also grup maintenance, organizing, searching on letter and reports that Correspondencing Administration needed that will report to the Infomatic Management who will increasing the quality of the services.
