Auditing</subject><description>This study aims to identify problems related to human resources at the Plaju Health Center. Qualitative description is to collect data obtained in the field and then compare with existing theories and analyze the data obtained to make conclusions.
Discipline is the most important operative function of human resource management because the better employee discipline, the higher the work performance that can be achieved. Without good employee discipline, it is difficult for company organizations to achieve optimal results.
The results of the study stated that there were still findings of problems regarding Human Resources in the plaju health center.
