- The purpose of this research aims to analyse the connection between the output generated on labor and capital. The data used in this research in primary data obtained from 65 gold handicraft business in Tanjung Batu Village. The study uses multiple linear analysis methods that are processed using Eviews 8.0 program and using alocative efficiency. By using the analyses of roduction functions that the production factors in the gold handicrafts are all inefficient based on the results of multiple linear analyses obtaind the conclusion that the workforce has a positive and significant connection to generated output. Similarly, the capital produces a positive and significant yield connection
