- This study aims to evaluate the implementation of operational audit on sales and provide recommendations to support the effectiveness of sales conducted by internal audit PT.Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, Site Palembang. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained from collecting data and secondary data from literature, books and corporate documents. The results show that the operational audit of the sale has been executed by the internal audit in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the company. Follow-up on the recommendations of operational audits play a role in supporting sales effectiveness.
