This research has purpose theeffects of investment and HDI (Human Development Index) on inegratualy of income distribution inter-Provinces in the Southern Sumatra. This research usespanel data of five provinces in the Southern Sumatra Province Jmabi. South Sumatera, Lampung, Bengkulu, Bangka Belitung and years of observation from 2006-2015. Inegruatly of income distribution as the dependent variable is measured using the Gini ratio. The methods used in this research is using the panel data regression approach Fixed Effect Model. The results of empirical research indicates that domestic investment and foreign investment is not significant and negative effect, while the HIM positive and cinigficant effects on ineguality of income distribution.
