  • This research aims to know the application information service to increase self-efficacy in learning of 11th grade of SMK Negeri 2 palembang. Low self – efficacy is not sure was able to complete a difficult task and not confident at the moment. The information service using media such as video, powerpoint and musical instruments. This study used a descriptive approach with qualitative methods that is collecting data wasusing observation guidelins and data analysis done by qualitative descriptive. The results of analysis of the data from this study is the information service can be used to help increase self – efficacy 11th grade of SMK Negeri 2 palembang on students who have low self – efficacy. The results obtained, guidance counseling teacherwas categorised very well. Observations showed that guidance counselling teacher applying the stages of classical information service in accordance with the standard of classical information service.
