- Security system is a much needed thing on RFID. In the use of RFID is utilized as a user authentication tool that can provide more access to a system. If authentication rights are used for the wrong thing then it will be very dangerous. The used pattern is to send RFID Tag ID data as a unique authentication code. RFID Tag ID will be sent from client to server using local network scale. The sending of RFID Tag ID data can be done using media. When in the delivery process, the other party can steal data by sniffing technique. To minimize the risk of data theft can use data encryption method with Triple - DES (3DES) algorithm. The 3DES algorithm is a development algorithm of the DES (Data Encryption Standard) algorithm. The DES difference with 3DES lies in the length of the used key. DES is using a 56-bit key, while in 3DES is using 3 keys whose length is 168-bit (each 56-bit long).
