KAJIAN POTENSI INDEKS PERTANAMAN 200 PADA LAHAN RAWA LEBAK DI DESA PELABUHAN DALAM KECAMATAN PEMULUTAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

- The purpose of this research is (1) To calculate the amount of productivity and income potential that implement IP200 and not apply IP200 in Pelabuhan Dalam Village, Pemulutan Subdistrict of Ogan Ilir Regency (2) to know what factors determine the application of IP200 in Desa Pelabuhan Dalam Kecamatan Pemulutan Ogan Ilir District. This research was conducted in Pelabuhan Dalam Village, Pemulutan Subdistrict of Ogan Ilir Regency. Field data was collected in December 2017 until January 2018. The research method used was survey method. The sampling method used in this research is the unbalanced random method by using sample farmers as many as 60 people consisting of 30 samples of rice farmers in Rawa Lebak area applying IP200 and 30 samples of paddy field farmers in Lebak swamp do not apply IP200. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data obtained from the field is processed mathematically, then tabulated and analyzed using computer program SPSS 20.0. Then described in descriptive and reinforced with the results of field observations. Based on the results of this study indicate that the productivity of rice farming in Lebak swamp area that apply IP200 that is 10,970.61 Kg/ha/yr, whereas the productivity of paddy field farms did not apply IP200 that is 5,695,30 Kg/ha/yr. The results of this study indicate that rice productivity that implements IP200 higher than rice productivity does not apply IP200 which means reject Ho. Where the difference between rice productivity between rice farmers applying IP200 and not applying IP200 is 5,275,31 kilogram per hectare per planting season. The income of paddy farming in paddy field of paddy swamp which is higher than that of paddy farming land of paddy field did not apply IP200 this is indicated by the value of Rp 39.111.818,72 ha / yr while in the swamp land did not apply IP200 Rp16.639.130,70 ha / yr. The results of this study indicate that the income of rice farmers who apply IP200 is higher than the income of rice farmers do not apply IP200 which means reject Ho. Factors that have significant effect on farmer's decision in applying IP200 are land area, income, farming experience and number of family member.
