STUDI KASUS SISWA “EA” YANG MENGALAMI KONFLIK INTRAPERSONAL DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 10 PALEMBANG

- The case study of "EA" students experiencing intronconcon- sional conflicts at the Senior High School 10 Palemabang has been conducted with the aim of research that is to identify the causal factors of the "EA" students experiencing the Intrapesonal conflict. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interviewing the students "EA", "EA" mothers, "EA" friends at school, BK teacher "EA" and homeroom "EA". Data analysis technique using fishbone diagram or fish bone diagram. The results of the study show that the causal factor of EA students experiencing intrinsonal conflict includes internal factors consisting of low emotional maturity where "EA" feels anxious and uneasy as she faces different choices, failure when choosing a choice makes it difficult to choose the options faced furthermore, it does not understand the advantages and disadvantages of itself that "EA" is not self-sufficient in deciding the options faced, the confusion and confusion that continue to emerge when faced with different choices simultaneously, while external factors consist of over protection (parental protection) especially his mother who is concerned about his son's future, the unfavorable family condition of his child's independence, and the social influence of his "EA" friends that influences the choosing he is facing.
