PENERAPAN LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK TERHADAP SISWA BERPERILAKU KONFORMITAS DI SMP NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA SELATAN

- This study wasaimed to determine the application of group counseling services to conformity students in SMP N 1 Indralaya Selatan. The method used in this studywas descriptive qualitative type of research application.The subjects of this study were teachers of BK and eight gradestudentsconsisted of seven students.The data collection technique used was observation.The collected data wasanalyzed by using descriptive based on the observation sheet.The resultsof observation showedthat group counseling services work well, it was because theleader and the member of group appliedgroup counseling steps, from the stage of formation, the transition phase, the stage of activity and the termination stage werealready implementing appropriate procedures in group counseling. But in the application of group counseling there were still weaknesses that occur in the stage of activity that was not fully formed dynamics, but after two times the group dynamic counseling work, it could run well and group leadercould build enthusiastic group members to participate actively.
