- This research is meant to fine out how far the implementation of transparency and accountability principles in managing the Village Budget (APBDesa) at the Village of Sungai Rengit Sub District of Talang Kelapa District of Banyuasin. The descriptive which is done by using the qualitative approach is used as the research method. The informants of this research one the village chief and management team of financial village (PTPKD). The data collection technique has been done by conducting interview and documentation analysis. The data analysis technique has been done by organizing the data, simplifying of data, data analysis proses and conclusion. The resull of the research shows that the village government of Sungai Rengit Village Sub District of Talang Kelapa District of Banyuasin has carried out the trasparency and accountability principles to the management of Village Budget (APBDesa) in 2016-201 7 budget 's year. Generally, the transparency and accountability principles at the Village of Sungai Rengit Village Sub District of Talang Kelapa has been running well, even though the are some weakness which need Lo be improvement.
