- This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of work discipline on employees performance at Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) of South Sumatra. The population of this study is the total number of employees in Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) of South Sumatra, which amount to 120 people. Sampling technique from this research use saturated samples, thus the respondents of this study. Using the primary data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed with simple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the Work Discipline has significant effect on employee performance. In order to improve the work discipline and a better performance are advisable that the leaders pay more attention to factors of work discipline such as: compensation, exemplary leader in the company, the definite rules that can be used, take action appropriate to the level of violation and the presence of supervision.
