This research purpose is to determine and analyze how the influence of work discipline on the performance of the teachers SMP Negeri I Buay Pemaca, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. This research was a decsriplive quantitative by using questionnares as research instrument. The total of respondents were 40 teachers . The methode used to analyze the influence of work discipline on performance was a simple linear regression. According the results, found that Work Discipline has positif and significant effect on teachers performance at SMP Negeri I Buay Pemaca. In order lo improve the work discipline and the job performance of the teachers in SMPN I Buay Pemaca, the headmaster should increase supervision on their work discipline and job performance, and also need a firm and strict punishment to prevent occurrence of irregularities to the rules that have been applied.
