  • The development of the business world is increasingly competitive. Companies are guided lo continually improve company performance, including human resource performance. This is because human resources are the driving force of the company's operations. The purpose of this study to determine the effect ofReward, Incentives, Punishment on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Boom Baru Palembang Branch. The sample of this research is 44 permanent employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Boom Baru Palembang Branch. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and Coefficient of Determination by using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 25.0. This study uses reward, incentive, and punishment variable as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that reward, incentive, and punishment variables have a positive and signfficant t11fluence on employee performance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Boom Baru Palembang Branch.
