  • This research was aimed to know the performance test of disc plow at various titl angle and speed on plowing ultisol soil. This research was conductedfrom October 2017 to September 2017 at Agribusiness garden Faculty of Agric ulture Sriwijaya University. This research used Randomized Block Factorial Design Group (RBFDG) with two treatment factors and three replications. The first factor was tilt angle of 15o and 25o and travel speed of 4 km/h, 5 km/h, 6 m/h . The parameters observed in this study were of plowing depth (cm), plowing width (cm), fuel consumption (liter / h), and wheel slip (s). The results showed that winder tilt angle and the slower travel speed the plowing width was incread, plowing at the end of the track that is no deeper tha n the depth of plowing in the middle of the track because at that time the tractor was approaching the stop condition and plow plate not too deep to dredge soil so that the treatment used for plowing depth was not very significant effect. Land used for plowing was a lot of overgrown vegetation that could cause high wheel slip. Based on analysis of the diversity of the highest fuelconsumption when the depth of tillage deepened.
