- The main purpose of the investor in investing funds into the company is to seek income or rate of return on investment (return). investors generally want the Division of a highly stable dividend payout, because with the stability of dividends can increase investor confidence in investing into the company. The dividend given may be in the form of cash dividends and stock dividends. Dividend policy is established by the decision of the company mainly to rate the magnitude of profits distributed in the form of dividends. This research identifies the influence of financial leverage, investments, and liquidity on the dividend payout ratio on a company manufacturing of subsector food and beverage are listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2012-2016. The sample of this research using a purposive sampling. Analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.
