This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline to the employee’s performance at PT. United Tractor Tbk. In Palembang City. Which requires 53 people. Sampling technique from this research sampling Jenuh technique sampling, therefore the sample of this research are 53 emmployees at PT. United Tractor Tbk. In Palembang City. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionnaire and sample regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the work disipline has a positive effect to the employees”s performance.
