  • This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of balanced scorecard as a measurement of performance at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang using four perspectives in the balanced scorecard : financial perspective , customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This study uses data collcct10n through questionnaires and collection of documents . Data from the results of the questionnaire are presented in the fom1 of tables and data from the collection of documents presented in the form of quotations to strengthen the research findings. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of performance in the perspective of customers, internal business processes, growth and learning at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang area is good by usmg balanced scorecard approach . However, the measurement of financial perfonnancc has not shown satisfactory results due to low net profit obtained in 2016
