  • The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Leadership Style on employee performance PT.Pusri Palembang (Project Pusri II-B). The population in this study were 39 respondents from all employees of PT. Pusri Palembang (Project Pusri II-B). Data collection techniques conducted by census with questionnaire technique by distributing to all employees and analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results show that leadership style significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Pusri Palembang (Project Pusri II-B). Suggestions given to improve the leadership style is better Leaders of the Company Should be closer to the employees to understand what is needed by employees and what is not preferred by employees because employees who have loved their work and feel comfortable will work environment will always work with better lebh and his work will be near perfection without having to be told first
