  • Internet is one of the information technology that is useful for everyday life, both for internet users and internet service providers. In this research, the model of improved Bundle Pricing in wireless internet pricing scheme in serving multiple QoS network based on utility function of Perfect Subtitute and Bandwidth, and QoS attribute End to End Delay and BER (Bit Error Rate). The model formed is a combination of bundling problem model, consumer problem model and model in multiple QoS network by using utility function of Perfect Subtitute and Bandwidth. The model used aims to maximize the benefits of internet with good quality internet for users of internet services. This model considers the level of customer satisfaction on the sale of a service product and the service quality of the service provider company. The model used is solved with the help of LINGO 13.0 program to get optimal solution result. Based on the calculation, the optimal solution is found in the improved model with the flat fee, usage based, and two-part tariff scheme on the BER attribute QoS. Based on the results of each case, both ISP and internet users will get maximum benefit when ISP applies model with utility function and QoS attribute compared to original model of 3.04669 × 108.
