- This research was aimed to examine empirically the influence of environmental performance, company size, and industry type as moderating variable on company financial performance. Variables used in this research are environmental performance, company size, and industry type as independent variables. While company financial performance as dependent variable. Population on this research were companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exhange (IDX) during 2014-2016. Data were collected by using purposive judgment sampling method. Total data analyzed were 117 observations. The statistical method was linier regression analysis, with hypotheses testing of statistic t-tests, statistic F-tests, and coefficient of determination. The result of this research showed that environmental performance has no significant effect on company financial performance. Whereas company size and industry type as moderating variable significantly influence company financial performance. Simultaneous test result also showed that independent variables simultaneously influence the company financial performance.
