- To gain an optimal result in exercise, most people doesn’t understand how to do it right. Just like what’s happen to several members of AS GYM Palembang. The exercise activity and the correct movement of the fitness activity are necessary to gain the wanted result of exercise. The gamification application based on customer relationship management (CRM) could be an alternative solution to bring new innovation of exercise, so the exercise could be more effective. Gamification is a technic to apply the game mechanic into non-game application in order to change user’s attitude. Customer relationship management (CRM) is an integration of sales, marketing, and strategy of service which surrounding someone skills in order to create a relationship. The result wished from the application of gamification in this gamification application based on customer relationship management (CRM) is to fulfill what members want: to take an effective and interesting exercise.
