Palembang State Vocational School 4 Palembang is an educational institution at the senior secondary level. In the process of registering for Internship (Industrial Work Practice) at SMK Negeri 4 Palembang still using manual methods so that there are deficiencies that will be faced, such as the difficulty of finding data on Internship students (Industrial Work Practices), and the difficulty of knowing the announcement of acceptance of Internship (Industrial Work Practices) ) by DUDI (Industrial Business World) it is required an Application of Internship (Industrial Work Practices) for SMK Negeri 4 Palembang that can assist student registration of Industrial Internship (Industrial Work Practice), DUDI (Industrial Business World), and Registration of Students who carry out Internship (Industrial Work Practices). The method used in application development is the waterfall method, and all application designs are implemented in the PHP programming language and use MySQL as a DBMS.
