PENGARUH MEDIA PERMAINAN TRUTH OR DARE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI EKONOMI DI SMA NEGERI 10 PALEMBANG

- Abstract : The purpose of this study proved the effect of Truth or Dare Games Media on the students learning results in economic subject in State Senior High School 10 Palembang. This was experimental study that used Quasi Experimental Design in form of Post-Test Only Design. The population of this study were all of the 11th grade social sciences students in State Senior High School 10 Palembang in the even semester of 2018/1019 with a total of 6 classes and the main subject material was the international economic cooperation. The sample used Cluster Random Sampling and the selected sample were the fifth 11th grade social sciences as experimental class and the sixth 11th grade social sciences as control class. The data were collected by test that given after the intervention with 25 questions items and conducted observation. The calculation of X variable affected Y variable stated that there was the effect of Truth or Dare Games Media on the students learning results was 75,59%, it meant 24,31% that was affected the other variables. The hypothesis used parametric statistics, namely the t-test with the polled variance formula and it was obtained tcounted (1,550) > ttable (1,449) so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then it could be concluded that there was the effect of Truth or Dare Games Media on the students learning results in economic subject in State Senior High School 10 Palembang. It is recommended to control the students during the division of games groups by conducting hompimpa and throwing the coin to get the truth card or dare card.
