- In managing the registration process of new prospective customers in PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang, unit officers often experience difficulties. Difficulties that occur if the prospect of the new tide had a doubtful receivables that had not been settled and did not carry the old customer number. Precast surveying on the current system did not focus on which customers premises need to be prioritized, resulting in ineffective surveillance. Based on these problems, a system that can determine the priority of survey locations in PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Area Palembang was needed. One method that can be used to determine the priority of the survey location is the Preference Ranking Organization for Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee) method. In addition to using the Promethee method, a WebGIS-based visualization mapping using the Google Maps API should also make it easier for supervisors to make decisions. The result of this research is a system that can assist the supervisor in determining the priority of customers premises survey location in Palembang City and also display the recommendation result into digital map.
