Therefore, it is necessary to develop a decision support system that can provide inputs, carrying capacity and solutions to all existing problems. TOPSIS method is perfect for helping managers as well as simplify the process of employee performance appraisal. Besides, in addition to the process and the easy way, the results are effective and efficient. This minithesis describes the development Decision Support System employee performance appraisal using TOPSIS method. The FAST method is chosen by the author as a system development method. stages performed are definition of scope, problem analysis, needs analysis, logical design, decision analysis, physical design and integration, construction and testing, installation and delivery. From the results of research conducted to produce an effective and efficient assessment so as to facilitate decision making assessment on PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk WITEL S UMSEL Palembang.
