- This research aimed to: 1) describe coconut marketing distribution 2) analyze market structure, market behavior and market performance (SCP) on coconut marketing 3) Analyze the level of marketing efficiency of coconut grains. This research was conducted in Teluk payo Village Banyuasin II district Banyuasin Regency. In determining research location, purposive method was used. Data collection was done in Juli - August 2017. The sampling method used was snowballs sampling. The data collected were primary and secondary data. The results of this research showed that coconut marketing in Teluk Payo Village consisted of two marketing distributions, which were : 1) farmer- trade collector- wholesaler-export and 2) farmer-trade collectors-retailer-consumer. By using market structute approach on both marketing distribution, it led to oligopsoni competition matket. Observed from market behavior occured, the dominant part to determine price was trade collector by using average payment system which was done by cash and cooperation related to sales and purchasing activity with involvement of marketing institution. Meanwhile market performance showed that the distribution of marketing cost, marketing margin, marketing benefit and farmer's share were uneven on each marketing institution. On the marketing efficiency of coconut marketing which had two marketing distributions, both marketing distributions were stated efficient where distribution 1 had 21.3 percent and distribution 2 had 44.7 percent.
