Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk which rewards its employees as an appreciation of their dedication to the company. However this rewards is still subjective or just given to some employees who are considered outstanding. Therefore it needs a Decision Support System (DSS) which be able to compute all of the supporting factors in giving rewards. This decision support system uses Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method which is expected to help the company to analyze which employees are prioritized to get the rewards based on their performance and productivity.
