This study aims to determine the effect of salary on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tok Palembang. The population of this study is the total number of employees at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tok Palembang, which amounts to 201 employees. Determination of sample in this research using slovin formula, using method of proportional random sampling. The data that have been processed by using SPSS program yield regression equation as follows: Y = 19,271 +0,452X Based on the results of this study concluded that the salary (X) has a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) employees at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tok Palembang.
