PERILAKU ASERTIF DALAM KERJA KELOMPOK PADA SISWA KELAS VIII DI SMP NEGERI 52 PALEMBANG

- This research aims to determined assertive behavior in group work on students of eighth grade in SMP Negeri 52 Palembang. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The population in the study were all students of eighth grade. Sample in this research is 80 people with purposive sampling technique. Techniques data collection used is a questionnaire consisting of four aspectswhich is: honest, brave, clear, and non judgmental. The analysis shows that 95 percent of students have high assertive behavior in group work. It shows that students have honesty, honor, clarity, and nonjudgment.
