  • Financial analysis of rack-type dryer based microcontroler by using gas fuel energy for grilled kemplang aims to review the financial feasibility the drying process of rack-type dryer based microcontroler by using gas fuel energy for grilled kemplang to be applied at manufacture of home industry grilled kemplang. The research was conducted on May until November 2017 at Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. The research used descriptive methode, by analyzing financial data starting with testing of rack-type dryer based microcontroler by using gas fuel energy for grilled kemplang, direct observation, market price survey and literature study related to financial analysis of rack-type dryer based microcontroler by using gas fuel energy for grilled kemplang. This research was also conducted using interview method to the parties related to this research. The observed parameters were fixed cost, variable cost, and investment feasibility. The research result showed with financial analysis of rack-type dryer based microcontroler by using gas fuel energy for grilled kemplang was not feasible to use to increas used to dry the grilled kemplang optimally so as to increase the production. The investment feasibility analiysis on kemplang drying using a baked-type bumper dryer type of microcontroller-based rack with gas fuel obtained NPV value of negative Rp. 152,441,914 and Net B/C value of 0.66, BEP production volume 6,405 kg, and BEP production price Rp. 21,000 / kg.
