- E-commerce is an activity that covers business processes and transactions through the internet. One of them is B2B (business to business) where the transaction is done by the manufacturer with the distributor or other business companies.PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Palembang is manufacture company that produces crumb rubber and will be sold by export. Export sales at PT Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Palembang are still using the manual process which allows data errors. In this research will develop information system of export sales based on web by applying the B2B concept. Methods are using in this information system development is FAST(Framework for the Application of System Technique). This research produces an information system that has features of the folowing form : ordering the goods, contract-making by the buyer, invoice making by admin, making the checklist about willingness of export document which is PEB are given by Bea Cukai, BL (Bill of Lading) are given by freight forwading,COO (Certificate of Origin) are given by Ministry of Trade, and COQ(Certificate of Quality) are given by company laboratory. B2B concept are also applying in this information system development with sell-side model.
