  • This study was aim to determine the best of lateral inlet pressure on the efficiency of water storage in the drip irrigation system and yield of green mustard plants production (Brassica juncea L.). This research was conducted from March to April 2019 at Greenhouse of Agricultural Technology Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. This study used experiment method in green house by using Randomized Block Design pattern on three levels of inlet lateral pressure, and each treatment was repeated three times. The observed parameters were water storage efficiency (Es), weight of fresh stover, weight of dry stover, number of leaves and the weight of dry root. The result showed that the inlet lateral pressure treatment had the effect on water storage efficiency in the effective root zone, fresh weight and dry weight stover, number of leaves, and root dry weight. The inlet lateral pressure treatment 2,5 ± 0,05 psi is the best treatment which result 88.24% to 95.91% water storage efficiency and 64.66 g fresh weight of stover.
