- The title of this researched is marketing communication strategy of Noii’s Diet Catering for increased the number of customers. This researched due to decreased numbers of product sale that need marketing communication strategy in order to increased the number of customers. This study applied qualitative research method by using in depth interviews, observation, and documentation from Noii’s Diet Catering. This researched used IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory that has six stages of marketing communication, such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations and publicity, personal selling, direct marketing, events and sponsorship. The result of this research showed that marketing communication strategy of Noii’s Diet Catering are good based on six stages of marketing communication such as, advertising that used social media as their main media to advertised. Sales promotion used coupon, lottery, and giveaway as their promotional tools through endorsement. Events and sponsorship made as promotional activities. Public relations to respond due to customers complaint. Personal selling used salesman, and direct marketing through telephone or via online. In conducted marketing communication, Noii’s Diet Catering are able to increased the number of customers in period of July to December 2017. Key Words: Strategy, Marketing Communication, Marketing mix
